CBA receipts gifts to the donor(s). All Memorial and Honor gifts are receipted to the donor and acknowledged to the tribute's family.
Cash gifts (include your name and designated fund)
Checks made payable to the Christian Benevolent Association, Mt. Healthy Christian Home or MCV Health Care Facility and mailed to either address listed below, or given to the receptionist at either campus.
